I have gone through several  studies about GMO's but  today I came across one  "GMOs not harmful to human health" in the article it says Genetically engineered crops are safe for humans and animals to eat and have not caused increases in cancer, obesity, gastrointestinal illnesses, kidney disease, autism or allergies. When I was reading this I had to reread it several times how can they say that? numerous studies have shown that they are not safe and that they do cause harm such as the study done on rats in my previous post the rats developed tumors from GM foods or how about the  The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM)  who said  GM foods pose a serious health risk and calling for a moratorium on GM foods. Citing several animal studies, the AAEM concludes there is more than a casual association between GM foods and adverse health effects and that GM foods pose a serious health risk in the areas of toxicology, allergy and immune function, reproductive health, and metabolic, physiologic and genetic health.

Makes me think twice about trusting certain scientists because who are you suppose to believe they all cannot be right its either good or bad there is no in between yet the more I research the more I see scientists saying both.I find my quest for discovering if GMO's are so harmful they should be banned confusing your have scientists saying they are not harmful and then other scientists saying they are harmful. Which has began to make me think of many more questions such as is GMO's effecting our environment? Why are so many GMO farmers committing suicide? what is the truth about GMO's?
why is there so much confusion?

I watched video on Ice cream with GMO now I was shocked as the video showed this ice cream compared to non GMO ice cream and it didn't melt for days I was disgusted and concerned why would we need an ice cream that wont melt even days later? I don't think that is healthy for anyone.

Its odd how times have changed before all most people had to worry about was eating healthy and now its about is our food causing harm. Lately every time I eat anything I cant help but think what am I truly eating and is it safe? but its not just about me its about everyone are we all eating something that eventually will harm us? Its actually a terrifying thought. They tell us GMO's were created to help feed the world and nutritional problems but what if its just about corporate control and profit is there political reasons for passage?
