My Conclusion

I started my blog on if GMO's should be banned in the United States? I have come to the conclusion that It should be banned. Throughout my research on GMO's I have found more negative information than positive. It is still confusing as to why scientists disagree, but the evidence that I have found proving that it is harmful not only for humans but bees, animals, are environment is overwhelming. I still don't have answers as to why the FDA allowed GMO's to be passed without human studies done so I assume it has to do with political reasons and gain of profit.

The sad reality is that we are eating very dangerous and harmful food and some don't even have a choice because they can’t afford to pay for organic food and even most of the seeds you buy to grow your own garden is already genetically modified. I think it is important that people are aware of the effects of GMO's and have to label food containing genetically modified food, but unfortunately that won’t help the problem is it’s a huge industry now and it won’t be easy to get rid of but the United States needs to ban it the effects it has are huge and are killing us. The whole idea was to feed the hungry, but they are feeding everyone toxic chemicals that will harm them there has to be some other way to help the hungry.

when I began this blog, I had already thought that GMO's should be banned though I have done a lot of research I still have many questions about GMO's and will continue to learn more about it, but for now my mind is made up I think the bad outweighs the good. GMO's are harmful and I stick with what I thought before doing this blog GMO's should be banned in the United States.
